THE DETAILS
Simple by design.
- The 30 Day Run Test begins on the date your order is delivered.
- Start your claim within 30 calendar days by emailing returns@oruun.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- The Run Test applies to eligible full price apparel purchased directly from oruun.com. Gift cards, customised products and items marked final sale are excluded.
- Wear and wash the garment only as intended and follow the care label. Items damaged by misuse, incorrect care, alteration or accidental damage are not covered.
- Please return the garment clean and dry. Once the approved return is received and inspected, the eligible product price will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Original shipping, duties and return postage are not refunded for a Run Test return. This does not apply where the product is faulty or the law requires otherwise.
The ORUUN 30 Day Run Test is a voluntary satisfaction policy. It is in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
