Returns & Refunds

At ORUUN, we design performance wear built for heat, movement, and visible identity. — and we want you to love every piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

We offer a simple and fair return process so you can shop with confidence.


Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• In original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us.


Eligible Items

Returns are accepted for:

• Incorrect size
• Change of mind
• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged items on arrival

Final sale items, gift cards, and worn garments are not eligible for return.


Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges for the same item (subject to stock availability).

If your size is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing takes 3–7 business days
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

• Item arrived damaged
• Wrong item sent
• Manufacturing defect

In these cases, we cover return costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.

We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund.

Important Notes

We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
We recommend tracked shipping for your protection.

ORUUN reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.
