Order Processing

Orders are prepared within 1 week of purchase.

During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.


Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship worldwide, including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia.

• Standard shipping is a flat AUD $10 worldwide.
• Free shipping is available on orders over AUD $200 (or equivalent) in eligible regions.


Estimated Delivery Times

Deliveries typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and courier conditions.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments are managed by our logistics partners, and all applicable duties and import charges are covered by ORUUN.

You will not incur additional fees upon delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status via the carrier’s website.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

• Contact support@oruun.com within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and photos of the issue

We will prioritize a replacement or full refund.
